TABLE CONSTRUCTION:
Our tables are hand built by the most discriminating of craftsman to the exacting specifications of the BCA (Billiard Congress of America). We employ state-of-the-art technology and old world craftsmanship in building of all of our tables.
All our tables are costructed of deluxe solid hardwood - Oak, Cherry, Birch, to name a few- and many other custom species are avalabile. No particle board is used in our tables. Our sub-frame supporting the solid slate is a mortise and tenon construction 1 1/4" thick wood frame to ensure superior support to the slate and provide optimum table flatness. Heavy laminated beams lie beneath the sub-frame for even weight distribution. Our slate beds are the finest quality the industry has to offer. They are 3 piece sets, dimond honed to exacting flatness. Our rails are laminated hardwood to guard against warping and twisting. All rails are attached with blind bolts through 3/8" threaded inserts for maximum holding strength. Rail sites are made of DuPont Corian, and are accurately inlaid for consistant play. Rail sites are flush to the top of the rail for best appearance. Our cushions are full profile K-66 cushions wiht vulcanized canvas fabric for precise and true ball responce.
Our stains are hand applied and protected with 3 coats of moisture resistant catalyzed varnish for long lasting durability and beautiful appearance.
